The Assistant Counselor will work under the guidance of a senior counselor to support students with personal, academic, and career-related concerns. **Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Student Support**: Assist in providing counseling services to students, helping them cope with academic stress, personal issues, and other challenges affecting their well-being.
- ** Advising**: Help students identify their academic goals, assist with course selection, and provide guidance on academic progress.
- ** Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, student progress, and case notes in accordance with institutional policies.
- ** Individual Counseling**: Provide individual counseling to students as directed, helping them address emotional, academic, or social issues.
- ** Communication**: Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and other staff members, ensuring that students feel supported and informed about available resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
