**Job Title: Associate **- Risk Assessment**

**Location: Pune, India
**Job Description Summary**

Business Services Organization (BSO) supports all divisions with information security relevant areas. BSO is seeking ISO for its Information Security Services team for Risk assessment services.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Understand and analyze business setting front to back from an information security perspective.
- Interact closely with the business (e.g., Chief BISOs, Divisional BISOs, project managers, business managers, COO representatives) on new projects and advise the business on information security relevant aspects.
- Perform risk assessments on processes and projects or vendor relationships from an information security perspective.
- Identify security gaps in projects and processes and evaluate with relevant stakeholders (e.g., project and business managers) options for remediation.
- Present assessment results and options to the business and discuss steps for resolution.
- Review information security incidents and breaches and derive lessons learnt.
- Work with the business (e.g., project managers, COOs, business managers) to close security gaps or to initiate a risk acceptance.
- Develop an area of expertise and knowledge in a information security topics.
- Support the business during Audits and with Audit resolution as it relates to issues that address information security in their areas’ processes and projects.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Background in information security, risk management or similar
- Prior experience in a project management and/or risk and control role would be an advantage (e.g. in BISO, ORM, Audit, Data Privacy)
- Background in the business or having worked with a business unit of advantage
- Ability to manage multi-tasks assignments and efficiently prioritize workload with limited supervision and resilient under pressure
- Analytical skills to evaluate risks and control processes
- Strong communication skills both verbal (incl. presentation skills) or written and ability to deal with people at all levels in a global matrix organization.
