Job Brief The Medical Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day

operations of the hospital, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care

and efficient running of the practice.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the hospital

2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of medical, nursing, and administrative staff

3. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and quality

of patient care

5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of medical and non-medical staff

6. Collaborate with department heads to address any issues and improve patient care

7. Participate in strategic planning and budgeting for the hospital

8. Maintain positive relationships with patients, their families, and the community

9. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff

10. Handle any complaints or concerns from patients or staff

11. Coordinate patient intake and registration processes, ensuring accuracy and

completeness of patient information

12. Oversee medical billing and insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate

processing

13. Manage inventory and ordering of medical supplies and equipment

14. Assist with HR-related tasks such as recruiting and onboarding of staff

15. Provide support to the medical director and other staff members as needed

**Requirement & Skills**:

- Medical degree or equivalent Healthcare Administration
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role in a hospital setting
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proven track record of improving patient care and hospital efficiency
- Proficient in budgeting and strategic planning

**Additional Certifi**cation:
1. Certification in healthcare administration or related field preferred

2. Certification or licensure in medical administration or billing is a plus

**Salary**: ₹324,049.59 - ₹3,086,882.18 per year
