This role would act as a change agent in the organization by driving change and implementing continuous improvement tools and programs, while foresting Continuous improvement culture and workers engagement by monitoring idea System Organization. **Job responsibilities**: 1. Be responsible for the conduction of communication activities, engagement, upgrading, and over role health of the Idea Driven Organization system 2. Implementation of action plan and ensure the follow up to optimize performance and processes. 3. Manage and carry out audits in the system (Approval, Implementation and Validation of ideas and follow up of action plan) 4. Manage and organize recognition and award events, in addition to carrying out campaigns aimed at engaging people. 5. Collaborate with local areas to continue the action plan and rapidly implement high impact initiatives. 6. Develop root cause problem solving capabilities, develop sustainable solutions and implementation of the best manufacturing practices. 7. Responsible for training employees and new members on the philosophy and relevant software and procedures. 8. Maintain the KPIs of the system and do relevant analysis and benchmark. 9. Fostering innovation and continuous improvement culture in the company. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree - 2 years’ experience CI role / Engineering process Advanced English, leadership, teamwork, decision making, effective communication, project management, skills in organization, monitoring to action plans, MS Office.
