**Job Title: Civil / Architect Faculty**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Instructional Delivery**: Create and deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on architectural design principles using AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and SketchUp.

2. **Curriculum Development**: Develop and update course materials, projects, and assignments to align with industry trends and standards while catering to diverse skill levels.

3. **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, offering constructive feedback on their designs and projects to nurture their skills and creativity.

4. **Software Proficiency**: Demonstrate mastery and expertise in using AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and SketchUp, enabling effective teaching and troubleshooting for students.

5. **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other faculty members to enhance the overall curriculum and cross-disciplinary initiatives within the institution.

6. **Student Engagement**: Engage students in discussions, critiques, and design reviews, encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving in architectural design.

7. **Industry Connection**: Foster relationships with industry professionals and stay updated on the latest architectural technologies and practices to integrate relevant insights into teaching.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A degree in Architecture or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior teaching experience in an academic setting or as a professional instructor is advantageous. Practical experience in architectural design using AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and SketchUp is essential.
- **Software Proficiency**: Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and SketchUp is a must.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex architectural concepts to students.
- **Passion for Education**: A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding aspiring architects towards excellence.
