Ensure that all patient information is accurate and complete and request any missing patient information.
- Follow up with the Medical Billing vendor on timely claim submission status and update the management on any delay or denials.
- Obtain and review referrals and authorizations for treatments.
- Confirm patient benefits and insurance eligibility.
- Follow and adhere to all regulations and guidelines set by state programs, and HMO/PPO, etc.
- Transfer insurance claims and billing data to billing software.
- Update billing software with rate changes.
- Create both paper and electronic copies of documentation.
- Develop and maintain a tracking system of incoming and late payments.
- Follow up on late payments and initiate late payment notices to relevant parties.
- Work with personal information and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Monitor and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Handle and answer all patient or insurance telephone inquiries.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
