**Influencer Marketing Manager**

We are looking for runners, gym freaks & x-professional sportspersons to come build a vibrant community or sports ambassadors for TRUEREVO. Incumbent will be heading the community building effort for the brand. Job role will include influencer marketing, building & running an ambassador program, & coordinating with various sporting communities to build brand reach,

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Community Building & Engagement**:

- Develop and grow a community of sports enthusiasts and brand ambassadors who represent the brand in various regions.
- Establish and nurture relationships with running ambassadors and sports advocates to build a strong brand presence and foster engagement.
- **Influencer Recruitment & Partnerships**:

- Identify, recruit, and collaborate with brand ambassadors and influencers who align with the brand’s values and target audience.
- Manage influencer relationships, including onboarding, contract execution, and ensuring receipt of agreed deliverables.
- **Campaign Coordination & Execution**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, paid media, and creative, to plan and execute community-driven campaigns that amplify brand messaging.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support content creation, event planning, and other brand-building activities.
- **Content Creation & Brand Storytelling**:

- Oversee the development of brand content through both internal and external resources, ensuring consistency in brand voice and alignment with brand objectives.
- Work closely with influencers to create authentic, engaging content that resonates with target audiences across digital channels.

**Skills & Qualifications**

**Essential**

1. Deep understanding of ambassador, influencer & celebrity marketing

2. Should have working knowledge of Ms Office & Excel.

3. X-professional sportsperson or a current runners with good contacts in the sporting & running circle.

4. Experience of digital marketing & brand building.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Good written humour
- Experience of coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Good writing skills & experience of content writing.
- Exellent of fitness, running or sports industry.

**Key behavioural skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal communication.
- Team player
- Entrepreneurial mindset
