**About the Team**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support for the US banking platform.
- Handle business incidents and provide resolutions.
- Work on change requests for production changes.

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years of production support experience with knowledge in Windows platform ASP.net.
- Familiarity with IIS and SQL database.
- Understanding of ITIL process.
- Strong communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of OpenShift.
- Familiarity with C# and OOPS concepts.
- Understanding of networking.
