Position Overview: The B.Com Professor is responsible for providing quality education in Commerce at the undergraduate level. This role encompasses teaching, research, curriculum development, and fostering a comprehensive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching and Learning:
Employ innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and comprehension.

Assess and evaluate student performance through exams, projects, and presentations.

2. Curriculum Development:
Participate in the design and continuous improvement of the B.Com curriculum to align with academic standards and industry requirements as per NAAC guidelines.

3. Research and Publication:
Engage in scholarly research related to Commerce and publish findings in reputable academic journals.

Guide and supervise students in their research projects and practical assignments.

4. Academic Support and Mentorship:
Provide academic advising and support to students, helping them with course selections and career planning.

Mentor junior faculty and contribute to their professional development.

5. Quality Assurance:
Adhere to NAAC guidelines regarding teaching effectiveness, research contributions, and community involvement.

Participate in self-assessment and accreditation processes to maintain high academic standards.

6. Community and Industry Engagement:
Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to facilitate internships and placement opportunities for students.

Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enhance students' practical understanding of Commerce.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
