We are looking for **Retail Associate **who can negotiate the Car price with the customer to procure the same. - The job location is Kolkata #LI-onsite. **"This role is for a fixed-term contract of 3 months. Renewal will depend on employee's performance rating and business requirements. Contract shall automatically expire on the last day if it is not renewed or terminated."** **What you will do**: - Address the customer and negotiate on car price for procuring the same. - Manage the pool of leads and following up on the same for early closure. - Would be customer-centric role. - Retail Associate is the negotiator who interacts with customer after inspection of the car. **Who we're looking for**: - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - 2 or more years of experience in Sales - Must be a graduate. - Prior used car market experience would be an add on advantage. **What we'll give you**: - Opportunity to work in an early stage growing company - To be part of the used car industry in its nascent stage - Become the driver of growth for city business - We look forward for enthusiasm which is collaborative and infecting for our growth targets.
