Required Skills and Experience- Technical knowledge and expertise in the given technology/service domain- Should have experience in problem & Incident management- hand on experience in technical project manager role(any skill)- 5+ years of experience providing IT support- Experience working in a customer facing environment- Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and optimize with smarter way of working- SLA &KPI managament- ITSM Experince is mandatory.

Preferred Skills and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
