**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Performing Starting and Stopping SAP instance/(s)
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, procedures, and standards.
- SAPGUI/SAPLGPAD troubleshooting and maintenance/upgrades/installations.
- Performing Pre & Post System Refresh activities
- Perform OSS / SAP Service Marketplace: Searching notes & creating OSS messages for the respective queries to improve the Performance. And software download, Maintain System Data, License Key & Maintenance Certificate, Developer & object registrations and connection maintenance
- Installation of SAP servers and post installation activities
- Generating Solution manager key for the Landscape as required
- Time based and event-based Scheduling of background jobs and monitoring them
- Client Administration including client copy / export / import / delete
- User Management like User Creation, deletion of user, users locks
- Analysing of missing authorizations and assigning Roles to users
- STMS Transport setup and management
- Performance monitoring and fine tuning
- Maintaining Profile parameters
- SAP spool configuration
- Analysing short dumps
