Clinical Pharmacologist

We are currently looking for a **Clinical Pharmacologist** to join our pharmacy and patient care team at **Craft Hospital Kodungallur Kerala**.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized institution
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of pharmacology principles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and assist in the administration of prescribed medications
- Monitor drug efficacy, interactions, and side effects
- Maintain accurate drug records and reports
- Collaborate with doctors and nursing staff for optimal patient care
- Provide patient education on proper medication use
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
