We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Fresher Telecaller to join our esteemed visa firm, Flytouch Overseas. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with visa inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and assist them with visa-related information.
- Respond to inbound calls promptly and address clients' queries regarding visa procedures, requirements, and services we offer.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and update call logs.
- Communicate effectively and professionally to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strive to achieve set targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to visa-related processes and policies.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
