**Position Overview**: The Telecalling/Customer Support Agent at Erobold plays a critical role in managing 360-degree customer care. Their primary responsibility is to provide excellent support while focusing on generating sales through every customer interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:

- Confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders by contacting customers over the phone.
- Efficiently handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring a smooth and professional support experience.

**Sales Generation**:

- Actively upsell products and convert support interactions into sales opportunities.
- Maximize revenue by offering product suggestions and assisting customers with their purchasing decisions.
- Follow up with potential leads to close sales and encourage repeat business.

**Query Management**:

- Address and resolve new customer queries regarding products, services, shipping, and more.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

**Order Handling**:

- Ensure that all COD orders are accurately confirmed and processed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure orders are dispatched and delivered on time.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Number of orders confirmed and processed.
- Sales generated through customer interactions.
- Customer satisfaction and feedback.

**Must Haves**:

- **Excellent Communication**: Proficient in clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- **Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Expertise in identifying opportunities to recommend additional products/services.
- **Lead Follow-Up**: Proficient in following up with potential leads and converting them into sales.
- **Persuasion and Negotiation**: Confidence in driving sales through effective communication.
- **KPI Focus**: Target-driven mindset with an emphasis on achieving sales, response time, and satisfaction metrics.
- **Fluency**: Proficiency in languages relevant to the customer base.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
