**Job Title: US Voice Process - Work from Home (Third-Party Collection Process)**

**Job Location**: Work from Home (Remote)

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals for the US Voice Process with a focus on Third-Party Collection. As part of our team, you will manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and ensure timely collections through effective communication. This is a work-from-home position that offers an opportunity to grow within the organization while working with a leading client in the finance domain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls and take inbound calls to discuss account status, negotiate payments, and handle customer inquiries related to collections.
- Follow up with customers to ensure payment commitments are fulfilled.
- Accurately maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Resolve disputes and escalate issues where necessary while adhering to company policies and legal guidelines.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and collection targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all communication is professional, empathetic, and clear.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall process efficiency and achieve team goals.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Third-Party Collection Process (US voice-based collections preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Knowledge of collection techniques and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of US financial products and collection regulations is a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Education**:

- Graduate in any stream (Undergraduates may also apply, provided they have relevant experience).
