**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and create engaging posts, including text, images, videos, and stories.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content is relevant and timely.
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including paid ads and influencer marketing.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with other marketing teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
- 0-2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills (Not Required)**:

- Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with content creation (videos, graphics, blog posts).
- Basic SEO knowledge is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
