**OCCUPATION: Food & Beverage Supervisor**

**Brief Job Description**:The individual at work manages food & beverage production operations in a designated section of the retail store, approves quality of food, presentation of food and looks after training and development of the section staff.

**Personal Attributes**:The job requires the individual to have confident personality, ability to learn from observation, attention to minute details, physically healthy and calm yet strict disposition.

**Role Description**:Manages the stocks and inventory of kitchen section, train and guide the staff members as per company’s policy.

**Minimum Educational Qualifications**:Preferable 12th standard passed

**Maximum Educational Qualifications**: Hotel Management/ Graduate

**Experience**:1-5 Years of experience in Food & Beverage Industry, Preferably from QSR background

**Compulsory**:
1. Manage kitchen operations in F&B section of the retail store

2. Preferably from QSR background

3. Commi level chef knowledge

4. Manage kitchen stock and inventory

5. Train and guide kitchen staff/assistants/subordinates.

6. Communicate with customer and colleagues

7. Maintain customer-centric service orientation

8. Maintain standard of etiquette and hospitable conduct

9. Follow gender and age sensitive service practices

10. Maintain IPR of organization and customer

11. Maintain health and hygiene

12. Maintain safety at workplace

13. Well versed with local language and English as well.

**NOS - Manage kitchen operations in a section**
- Supervising food production operations
- Allocate resources for different aspects of food production operations to achieve the quality standards
- Give directions to the kitchen staff of the section on food production and other aspects of management
- Implement organizational procedures to meet control points as per SOPs
- Encourage staff to ask questions in case they do not fully understand any instructions
- Carry out regular checks to ensure that food is being cooked as per organizational set procedures and instructions
- Promptly take action in case any variance is observed in the food production process
- Keep accurate and appropriate records of kitchen operations in the assigned section of the kitchen as per organizational SOPs
