*Job Description: Executive Assistant*

*Role Overview:
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Meeting Coordination:* Organize and manage weekly Tuesday meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
- *Documentation & Follow-Up*:Record meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure accountability among members.
- *Member Engagement:* Facilitate networking by maintaining member profiles, connecting business owners, and encouraging participation.
- *Logistics & Admin:* Manage virtual/physical meeting setups, materials, and member onboarding.
- *Growth Support:* Assist in organizing workshops, guest speakers, and growth-focused initiatives.

*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Passion for business growth and networking.
