RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitor the repairs of the BMS controlled systems carried out by the service provider throughout the site.

2. Carry out routine checks for correct operation and conduct troubleshooting and minor repairs of all control equipment as directed by site management and Daily/Weekly/ Servicing plan.

3. Monitor the operation of the HVAC and Fire systems using the BMS to monitor performance.

4. Adjust variables and provide adjustments as required to ensure systems are operating correctly aithin parameters.

5. Monitor and record values of HVAC and other systems controlled by the BMS to build up a database of recordsto providedata for energy efficient improvement.

6. Personally accountable for ensuring all works is carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

7. Mandatory to promptly report all accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions or practices.

8. To ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advice on technologyand modifications required to improve efficiently and cost savings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
