**Job Responsibilities for Assistant Professor - Business Statistics (MBA in Sports Management)**:
**Teach Business Statistics**: Deliver high-quality lectures and conduct interactive classes on business statistics, ensuring that students in the MBA Sports Management program develop a strong foundation in statistical concepts and techniques. Use innovative teaching methods and real-world examples to enhance student understanding and engagement.

**Curriculum Development**: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the MBA Sports Management program's curriculum, particularly in the area of business statistics. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advances in statistical methods to incorporate relevant and practical knowledge into the curriculum.

**Student Guidance and Mentoring**: Provide academic guidance and mentorship to MBA Sports Management students. Offer support and assistance in understanding statistical concepts, analyzing data, and interpreting statistical results related to sports management scenarios. Advise and supervise students' research projects and dissertations.

**Research and Scholarship**: Engage in scholarly activities and contribute to the field of business statistics through research, publications, and presentations. Stay updated with the latest research trends and collaborate with colleagues to conduct research relevant to sports management and statistical analysis in the field.

**Industry Collaboration**: Foster relationships and collaborations with sports industry professionals, organizations, and stakeholders. Seek opportunities to integrate real-world sports management data and case studies into the curriculum and research projects to enhance students' practical understanding of statistical analysis in the field.

**Professional Development**: Stay current with developments in statistical analysis methodologies, data analytics, and sports management practices. Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to expand knowledge and skills relevant to business statistics and sports management.

**Committee Participation**: Contribute to departmental and institutional committees and initiatives, participating in academic and administrative tasks such as program development, accreditation processes, and student recruitment.

**Departmental Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues within the business school and other relevant departments to enhance interdisciplinary education and research opportunities. Contribute to the overall academic environment by actively participating in faculty meetings, departmental events, and professional forums.
