फैक्ट्री हेल्पर / लेबर की भूमिकाएँ (Roles)
- **उत्पादन कार्य में सहायता करना** - मशीन पर कच्चा माल चढ़ाना, तैयार माल उतारना और पैकिंग करना।
- **सफाई एवं हाइजीन बनाए रखना** - कार्य क्षेत्र, मशीन और उपकरणों की सफाई करना।
- **लोडिंग और अनलोडिंग** - कच्चे माल और तैयार सामान को उठाना, रखना और स्टोर तक पहुँचाना।
- **मशीन ऑपरेटर की मदद करना** - उत्पादन लाइन पर मशीन ऑपरेटर को सहायता देना।
- **सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना** - हेलमेट, ग्लव्स, मास्क और यूनिफॉर्म पहनना तथा सुरक्षा निर्देश मानना।
- **पैकिंग और लेबलिंग** - तैयार उत्पादों की पैकिंग करना और बॉक्स पर लेबल लगाना।
- **टीमवर्क** - अन्य सहकर्मियों और सुपरवाइज़र के साथ मिलकर काम करना।
यह काम शारीरिक श्रम वाला है, जिसमें समय पर और अनुशासन के साथ कार्य करना आवश्यक है।
