We are one of the fast growing travel company who provides employee transportation to IT/BPO/Finance companies.

We are looking for experienced professional who will be great fit for our team. We immediately require Site Supervisor / Site In-charge for scheduling, coordinating and tracking employee pickup and drops.

**Responsibilities**:

- Tracking vehicles to ensure it's available for scheduled pickup and drop
- Creating route plan, deploying & tracking trips to ensure all the trips are completed on-time
- Generating MIS report for daily trips
- Addressing & resolving any driver, employee or transport team issues and escalating through proper channel
- Ensuring high standard for employee transportation operations

**Skills**:

- Must be fluent in Tamil and be familiar with English/Hindi
- Computer skills - Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel etc.
- Have professional attitude and good communication skills
- Curiosity to learn and grow

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
