**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Checking guests in and out.
- Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
- Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in.
- Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered.
- Registers guests and manages the rooming chart.
- Organizing transport services for guests at their request.
- Providing guests with information about the property & Up sell additional facilities.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
**Essential Skills**:
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Front Office management and basic bookkeeping
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel management, / Travel and Tourism management.
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.
- Experience with hotel reservations software’s will be an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
