**Job Summary**
- Manage the daily activities of the Security services at multiple client sites.
- Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of client satisfaction.
- Daily supervision of the security staff, including the day, event and post-event crews.
- Recruit, schedule and train all new security staff members.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and conduct.
- Prepare and conduct training for new hires and current staff including training on workplace searches, drug and alcohol procedures, and related safety and security topics.
- Provide and/or implement security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
- Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
- Provide specialized security for monitoring access to limited and restricted access areas such as inventory areas, network equipment areas, and employee files and confidential records.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience**:

- Graduation
- Five years of related security experience required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 feet 10 inch height and 75 kg weight.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
