**Daily Operations**
- Assign tasks and monitor workflow.
- Update supervisor on progress and issues.
- Ensure as per shift plan input material available on stn.

**Quality Control**
- Inspect products for quality.
- Report defects to supervisor.

**Safety**
- Ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct safety checks and report incidents.

**Training and Development**
- Train new employees and mentor team members.
- Provide ongoing skill development.

**Technical Support**
- Assist with machine setup and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate routine maintenance.

**Workflow Optimization**
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives.

**Communication**
- Act as a liaison between team and supervisor.
- Ensure clear communication of instructions and feedback.

**Documentation**
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Ensure logs and documentation are up to date.

**Inventory Management**
- Track material and tool inventory levels.
- Assist in ordering supplies and reducing waste.

**Employee Morale**
- Promote a positive work environment.
- Help resolve conflicts and recognize contributions

Designation:

Education:

- Diploma/BE-Mechanical have experience in Centerless Grinding.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
