**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and create engaging graphics, including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and more.
- Develop visual content for digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and branding initiatives.
- Edit videos for promotional and social media purposes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and ensure design consistency across platforms.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in graphic design.
- **Software Expertise**: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, and other design/video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, layout, and design principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A portfolio showcasing your design and video editing skills is required.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
