SALARY RANGE - AS PER INTERVIEW & EXPERIENCE ( NEGOTIABLE )

**JOB DESCRIPTION -**

1. Responsible to execute company vehicle repair and maintenance activities by making and prioritizing schedules as per requirements for MB Actros trucks especially, road tankers and forklifts.

2. Conduct routine preventive maintenance work **of MB trucks **(replacing fluids, lubricating parts, tires, brakes etc.) aiming to optimum vehicle functionality and longevity.

3. Keep logs and history cards of vehicle maintenance, repair works and issues.

4. Monitor and supervise workshop technicians and labors with proper job allocation.

5. Maintain equipment and tools in good condition and raise requests for spare parts, inventory control and spare parts management and control.

6. Workshop housekeeping, maintaining proper safety hygiene, assurance of PPEs use as per company safety rules.

7. Engine, transmission overhauling and complete repair along with other accessories of vehicle like brakes repair, tires, fluids change, batteries, electrical repairs of diesel trucks, tankers and forklifts.

8. Identify and troubleshooting of vehicles fault, fault code identification and its fixing as per complaints from drivers to ensure smooth operation of vehicles.

9. Must have good knowledge of preventive and reactive maintenance of heavy vehicles, road breakdown repairs, accident and breakdown root cause analysis to corrective actions

**10. Must repair and overhaul engines and transmission independently of MB trucks and forklifts by himself.**
