**Job Title**: Guest Service Representative

**Locations**: Agra & Mumbai

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000 per month

**Job Summary**

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused **Guest Service Representatives** for our locations in Agra and Mumbai. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience by addressing their needs promptly and professionally. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating memorable guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guest Interaction**:

- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly with a positive attitude.
- **Service Excellence**:

- Provide accurate information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service delivery.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest preferences.
- Handle billing, invoices, and other related documentation.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any issues.
- Escalate unresolved concerns to management as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the front office, housekeeping, and other teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

**Key Requirements**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- **Other**:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly and professional demeanor.
