- Diploma in Plastics, Mechanical or Electrical.
- Fresher or up to 3 years experienced person may apply.
- Experience in the plastics processing field is preferred.
- Excellent administration skills along with oral and written communication skills.
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
- Understanding of production and quality control procedures.
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.

Responsibility:

- Understand Product quality and defects.
- Read work order and communicate with co-workers to determine equipment settings, adjust, and meet product specification.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Should be working in operations, process, and maintenance.
- Eliminate production bottlenecks.
- Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
- Reconcile the materials with store department.
- Job scheduling as per process order & work order.
- Mixing, handling, and disposition of Raw materials as per work instruction.
- Primary packing of Product as per requirement.
- Maintain all process documents / records.
- Periodic quality checks and general clean up and maintenance.
- Submit detailed reports to appropriate managers.
- Assist with implementation of efficiency tools such as 5S, Kaizen, etc.
