An IETS Trainer is responsible for conducting intensive English language training sessions for learners who are aiming to improve their language proficiency.The primary goal is to help learners improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to achieve their language learning objectives.

**(1) Conduct IELTS Training**:

- Utilize various language teaching methods, activities, and resources to engage learners effectively.

**(2) Monitor Progress and Assessments**:

- Regularly assess learners,Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners to help them overcome language barriers.

**(3) Practice and Mock Tests**:

- Organize regular practice sessions and mock tests to simulate the IELTS exam environment.

**(4) Create a Motivating Environment**:

- Keep abreast of IELTS exam trends, changes, and assessment criteria.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer or English language instructor.
- Excellent command of the English language and strong communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam structure and scoring system.
