You will play a key role in creating compelling and engaging content that captivates our audience, drives brand awareness, and supports our marketing goals. Leveraging your creativity and writing skills, you will produce a variety of content types, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, and more, to engage our target audience and establish our brand as a thought leader in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research, brainstorm, and generate ideas for content topics that align with our target audience, brand voice, and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars, prioritize topics, and ensure content alignment with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market developments, and relevant topics to inform content creation and maintain relevance and accuracy.
- Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords, metadata, and internal linking strategies to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines and style standards.
- Stay updated on content marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to track key metrics such as engagement, traffic, and conversions, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Adapt content for different target audiences, channels, and formats while maintaining brand consistency and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, social media, and marketing, to ensure content alignment and maximize impact across channels.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Strong research skills and ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources to create compelling content.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with basic HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and consistency in content creation and delivery.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
