Description

The Group is currently in a growth phase, both organic and acquisitive and this role will manage and maintain the current system landscape whilst developing enhancements and implementing new systems into the company.

The position will play a role in the onboarding and integration of new acquisitions into the group.

The Qualitest Finance team operate with a high degree of sophistication including utilising Netsuite, PowerBI and Anaplan to provide real time information to the business.

The role will report to the Group VP Finance Systems and will work alongside the Group and Regional finance teams in UK/US/Israel/Germany and India as well as the wider business.

The role can be home based or work from our Bangalire offices.

We would prefer to work GMT hours - but open to working Indian time

Key responsibilities
- Manage Netsuite for the current team and work with Group Finance and the Regional finance teams to identify, scope and implement enhancements
- Support integrations of new acquisitions into the Qualitest system landscape including data migration, delivering training and enhancements
- Act as champion in ensuring the core systems operate effectively. Improve quality and consistency of data through process development, system integrations and improvements and training, including Salesforce (CRM) and ADP (HR)
- Assist with the rollout of Anaplan and Power BI throughout the business
- Assist with adhoc reporting and reconciliations
- Build strong relationships across the global finance team to ensure existing knowledge and skill set is leveraged

**Requirements**:

- Strong NetSuite finance background in multi-subsidiary/country environment, preferably in professional services environment
- Experience with integrating acquisitions
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and VBA
- Strong change management and project management skills
- Detailed understanding of what good looks like in terms of ERP, process and reporting
- A good team player with ability to work across different regions and units

Desirable
- Experience of Scripting / Workflows / Forms / Advanced PDF Templates in NetSuite
- Ideally knowledge of Salesforce / ADP / Anaplan / Power BI
- University educated
- Driven, collaborative and resilient
- Hands on as required and willing to put in the hours to continue to drive value accretion in the group
- Experience of working with geographically dispersed across different cultures
- Excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

**Requirements**:
Minimum 6 years of experience working with Anaplan; maintaining, developing and building Anaplan models as an Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner
Experience of delivering end to end use case implementations - from requirements gathering, solution documenting through to model build and implementation
Experience of connecting data using Anaplan Connect, Cloudworks and other API tools
Strong communicator who is able to challenge business requirements and provide design leadership
