Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Customer Services team. As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in interacting with potential and existing clients over the phone. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, address client queries, schedule appointments, and promote Allure Medspa's services to prospective clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.

Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Address client inquiries and provide accurate information about Allure Medspa's treatments and services.

Schedule appointments for clients with our expert medical professionals, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to the appointment schedule.

Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in our services, guiding them through the treatment process and addressing any concerns they may have.

Inform clients about the various promotions, packages, and offers available at Allure Medspa to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Maintain a comprehensive database of client information, inquiries, and interactions.

Collaborate with the Customer Services team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Escalate complex issues or complaints to the appropriate department for resolution.

Stay updated with knowledge about the latest treatments, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.

Achieve individual and team targets for appointment scheduling and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or beauty industry.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.

Strong customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Ability to multitask, handle high call volumes, and maintain composure during busy periods.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service will be an advantage.

Fluency in multiple languages will be a plus.

An understanding of cosmetic and plastic surgery treatments will be beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,732.12 - ₹30,311.83 per month
