We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telecaller** to join our team As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and promoting our products or services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and provide solutions.
- Maintain records of calls and customer feedback.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales (if applicable).
- Maintain good customer relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred (not mandatory).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
