**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to motorcycle-related businesses across India.
- Pitch our product range, special offers, and exclusive brand tie-ups confidently.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Convert leads into orders, achieve monthly targets, and maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in CRM systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and coordination with the operations team.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory** (spoken ).
- Prior experience in **tele-sales, inside sales, or customer engagement** roles preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of sales or calling experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive attitude, and ability to handle objections.
- Proficiency in CRM software, WhatsApp, and basic office tools.
- Passion for motorcycles or the automotive industry is a bonus.
**Salary & Benefits**
- **Fixed CTC**: ₹3,00,000 per annum
- **Sales Incentive**: Up to **1%** of total sales generated
