Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities
- Ensure that materials are checked in and out of the store in an accurate and timely manner
- Conduct regular audits to ensure that the store is functionally efficient
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
- Ensure the store is kept clean and organized daily
- Manage store budget to maximize revenue and identify potential areas of cost savings
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
