Accounts Trainee

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver training programs on accounting fundamentals, taxation, and financial reporting
- Train staff or students on accounting software such as Tally, or Busy Software
- Create training materials, manuals, and assessments
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and standards
- Support learners with queries and troubleshooting during the learning process

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in accounting and training (minimum 6months preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Freshers also welcomed
