**Motion Graphic Designer**

**Motion Graphics Design (45%)**:
a. Creating animated graphics and visual effects for videos, presentations,

websites, and other digital media.

b. Designing and animating text, logos, illustrations, and other visual elements.

**Software and Tools (15%)**:
a. Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe

Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, blender.

b. Familiarity with other design tools for asset creation and manipulation.

**Client Communication (5%)**:
a. Collaborating with clients and creative teams to understand project

requirements and objectives.

b. Presenting motion graphic concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders.

c. Receiving and incorporating feedback into animation revisions.

**Concept Development (15%)**:
a. Brainstorming and conceptualising animation ideas and storyboards.

b. Translating client briefs into creative and compelling visual narratives.

**Project Management (5%)**:
a. Managing multiple motion graphic projects simultaneously.

b. Setting project timelines and deadlines.

c. Coordinating with other team members, such as video editors and sound

designers.

**Sound and Audio Integration (5%)**:
a. Integrating sound effects, music, and voiceovers into motion graphics

projects.

b. Ensuring that audio enhances the overall impact of the animation.

**Quality Control and Testing (5%)**:
a. Reviewing animations for visual and technical quality.

b. Testing animations in various environments and platforms to ensure

compatibility and functionality.

**Professional Development (5%)**:
a. Staying updated with industry trends and emerging animation techniques.

b. Expanding skills in 2D or 3D animation, compositing, and other relevant

areas.

**Salary**: ₹16,979.11 - ₹55,340.96 per month
