**Hybrid Working**

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.

**Introduction**:
1)RSG Trade Recap Tool (TRT)
2)RSG Flightdeck
3) RSG Suitability escalation tool.
4) RSG RWA
5) RSG CPMS
5) Excel based Application Athena.
Currently we have a dev team of 9 developers who are continuously doing development on RSG TRT, RSG Flight deck SET, Athena and RWA.
Currently having 1 Contractual tester from CG.
Considering the current development and deliveries we do now require one more full time tester to cope up the testing scope.
Currently Developers has to engaged in testing, which leads to potential delay in other development task.
Other than above critical deliveries, there are other BAU deliveries, also which are also requires regression testing, which is missing at this time.
Having fulltime tester in development team really helps in improving quality of the deliveries.

**What will you be doing?**

1. Participate in testing of RSG Matrix and its associated Modules.
2. Work closely with BA and business to understand the business requirements and convert into testcases.
3. Provide high level BRD for the solutions.
4. Convert Manual Test case into Automated test case.
5. Take part in defect analysis.
6. Designing and developing test automation scripts.
7. Researching issues in software through testing.
8. Keeping updated with the latest industry developments
