**What Work You Will be Responsible For**:
- **Lead industry and/or list research and curate industry-specific trends / competitive initiatives relevant to audience**:
- **Work closely with Content Marketing Managers to identify content gaps and opportunities**:
- **Ensure consistency of messaging across all content and proposals**:
- **Regularly monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on data insights with the support of a Content Marketing Manager**:
- **Optimize content for SEO to improve discoverability and ranking**:
- **Work independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects**:
- **Work with industry marketing managers/leaders and stakeholders on the execution of growth initiatives (Financial Services, Private Equity, Real Estate, etc.)**:
- **Assist and manages projects to ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met**:
- **Draft proposal responses based on insight from prospect meetings and RFP requirements and collaborating with internal team members on proposal win themes**:
- **Edit and compile the final proposal documents, prepare for submission, delivery, and tracking, and record proposals in process and in the pipeline once issued**:
- **Organize and maintain critical marketing databases, including firm statistical details, services, industry experience, case studies and other related data**:
- **Translate and communicate technical material and concepts into content that is accessible for audiences with mixed levels of expertise**:
- **Communicate with supervisor any obstacles or items of concern**:
**Basic Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field required**:
- **3+ years of content marketing and proposal experience**:
**Preferred/Desired Skillsets**:
- **Prior proposal experience preferred**:
- **Experience with Qvidian proposal software preferred**:
- **Exceptional writing and editing skills across a variety of mediums and formats**:
- **Strong project management skills — keeping timelines updated and stakeholders informed, holding others accountable, and delivering high quality work on time Must be extremely detailed oriented with organizational skills**:
- **Demonstrable ability to multi-task**:
- **Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases**:
- **Basic SEO and data analytic knowledge**:
- **Excellent communication and people skills**:
