*Key Responsibilities:*
- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, logos, and websites.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet project objectives.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and visual communication.
- Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback as needed.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills and design expertise.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,495.73 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
