**Key Responsibilities**:

- **MIS Reporting**: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information.
- **Data Analysis**: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and improve operational performance.
- **Report Preparation**: Develop and update special and quarterly reports as per business requirements.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update MIS databases to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information.
- **Automation**: Design and implement automated dashboards and reporting systems using Excel and other tools to streamline reporting processes.
- **Excel Expertise**: Utilize advanced Excel features such as pivot tables, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, formulas (IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF), and other data analysis tools to deliver comprehensive insights.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and deliver insights aligned with business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an MIS or similar data-related role.
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Advanced Excel Skills**: Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions, formulas (IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF), pivot tables, and dashboards.
- **Reporting Skills**: Experience in preparing automated reports, dashboards, and visualizing data for management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
