**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a team leader, effectively coordinating and guiding multidisciplinary teams towards project objectives.
- Manage interactions with government departments to ensure compliance and facilitate necessary approvals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including community leaders, NGOs, and industry partners.
- Deliver outputs based on consensus among stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Utilize expertise in Agriculture & Allied Sectors to contribute valuable insights and guidance to project activities.
- Employ excellent communication skills to convey project updates, challenges, and successes to relevant parties.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, Development Economics, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in acting as a team leader and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with government departments and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Expertise in Agriculture & Allied Sectors, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant issues and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective collaboration and reporting.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
