
Storekeeper for Restaurant

We are looking for a restaurant storekeeper manages the inventory and operations of a restaurant's store.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Ordering and receiving**: Placing orders for supplies, such as cooking utensils, tableware, and cleaning items, and receiving the supplies
- **Stock management**: Tracking stock levels, verifying supplies, and rotating stock
- **Quality control**: Checking the quality of deliveries and inspecting them for damage or discrepancies
- **Inventory maintenance**: Replenishing supplies, labeling and pricing goods, and ensuring the first in first out (FIFO) method is followed
- **Documentation**: Ensuring proper documentation is completed for orders and purchases
- **Reporting**: Reporting damaged inventory and generating a material received report
- **Warehouse management**: Coordinating the movement of equipment and freight, and keeping inventory organized
- **Sales record**: Keeping a record of sales
- **Safety**: Maintaining a clean, safe, and neat working environment
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- 3-5 years of retail sales experience
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
