**Your daily adventures will include**:

- Ideating and creating high-quality content across Social Media platforms Especially LinkedIn.
- Preparing the script and eye-catchy creatives suitable for each client’s post.
- Generating, researching and pitching social media strategies to achieve marketing targets and taking ownership on end-to-end execution.
- Engagement with micro influencers, influencers on social media and people who interact on posts.
- Creating message templates to target prospects on LinkedIn.
- Work closely with the core team, bring up new ideas and regular interaction with the founder.

**Must-have**:

- Good understanding of the dynamics of LinkedIn (what works and what doesn’t).
- Understanding the virality of posts on LinkedIn (Hook, story, authenticity, details, information and call-to-actions).
- Basic know-how of video editing and photo editing tools (canva).
- Keen sense of storytelling (what makes a story interesting from the audience’s perspective).
- Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.
- Stellar writing skills and sense of conveying more in less words.
- Curious mindset to understand the structure/reason behind virality of posts on LinkedIn and give suggestions.
- Self-learning and self-initiating attitude.
