**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily civil works at site including construction, repair, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Monitor labor attendance, productivity, and site discipline.
- Inspect materials delivered to site and ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and documentation.
- Report daily progress to management and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Retired **Ex-Servicemen** with relevant experience will be given preference.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Ability to handle workforce with discipline and fairness.
