Volleyball Coach

TIDA Sports is a leading sports academy dedicated to nurturing young athletic talent and fostering a love for sports. We provide comprehensive coaching and training programs in various sports. Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their full potential through expert guidance and a supportive environment. A volleyball coach has many duties, including:

- **Developing players**: Coaches help players improve their skills, knowledge, and techniques.
- **Recruiting players**: Coaches look for talented players to join the team.
- **Planning practices**: Coaches create practice sessions that are appropriate for the players' age and maturity.
- **Providing feedback**: Coaches evaluate players' performance and give them feedback, both positive and critical.
- **Creating strategies**: Coaches develop strategies to help the team win competitions.
- **Motivating players**: Coaches encourage players to perform well and to adhere to the organization's rules.
- **Promoting the sport**: Coaches help promote the sport of volleyball and the team.
- **Supervising players**: Coaches are physically present at practices and games, and they respond to injuries.
- **Coordinating events**: Coaches help coordinate team attendance at meetings, camps, and other events.
- **Advising players**: Coaches advise players on how to perform well in school.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
