**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Identify new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids for civil engineering projects.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet project needs.
- Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and project acquisition objectives.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s services.
- Maintain accurate records of business leads, contacts, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting systems.
- Provide regular reports to management on business development activities and progress.
**Key Skills Required**
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering concepts, construction materials, and project execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Networking and relationship-building ability within the civil and infrastructure industry.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving sales and business targets.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Civil engineering: 2 years (preferred)
- Business Development Executive: 2 years (preferred)
