System Admin(ERP-gofrugal)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administer and manage GoFrugal ERP software to ensure its effective and seamless operation across the organization.
- Monitor and maintain ERP system performance, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades on the GoFrugal ERP environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ERP system.
- Manage user access, security protocols, and system configurations within the GoFrugal ERP platform.
- Provide training and support to end-users to optimize ERP functionality.
- Implement and manage system backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Ensure compliance with IT best practices, security policies, and organizational standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role with hands-on experience working with GoFrugal ERP software.
- Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, functionality, and best practices.
- Experience with system installation, configuration, and administration of GoFrugal ERP software.
- Familiarity with database management and system integrations (SQL, APIs, etc.).
- Knowledge of network configurations, security protocols, and hardware management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to provide technical support to non-technical users.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
